Who are you watching And what are you watching them for The signs on your lampposts Say more about you than the crimes you abhor Your curtains twitch Spy on the neighbourhood witch It’s all a front For a neighbourhood witch hunt Watching the neighbours Or are the neighbours watching you It starts with surveillance Until they turn informer too
2.
Keep speaking up shout it out loud Don’t let the bastards Grind you down Keep on fighting, Never give up Keep keeping on, Make your voice heard To save all animals Oppose the government To stop the destruction Of their environment
3.
Elijah was a pacifist Wouldn’t hurt a fly Animal rights activist Yet at the hands of the cops this black man died Be like Elijah Be like Elijah His chokehold death is so tragic We must all defend his name Against abusers and racists We need more people like Elijah Mclain Be like Elijah Be like Elijah See like Elijah Be like Elijah
4.
Cock up or conspiracy? Criminal neglect! Disaster capitalists rub their hands, its time to collect  The 1% are keeping you poor While their wealth grows more and more They need you too scared to make a fuss But remember, there’s more of us Friends at the ministry, cash in the pocket No need for tenders, in roll the profits  The 1% are keeping you poor While their wealth grows more and more They need you too scared to make a fuss But remember, there’s more of us
5.
You're scared of those seeking asylum So scared that they’re taking your job You’ve been told they are the problem Causing this country’s decline But your enemy was already here The rich are destroying your life You listened to lies spreading this fear You let the enemy win A smokescreen erected so you cannot see It’s the fuel for your ignorant rant I can see through the lies you want to believe And I know who’s really to blame But your enemy was already here The rich are destroying your life You listened to lies spreading this fear You let the enemy win…Fuck You

Under Attack 00:44
Sticks and stones may break your bones But your bombs are destroying their homes Illegal evictions, forcing people outside Your occupation is nothing but genocide If your home was coming under attack You would defend it and fight back Children preparing to die in their beds Dying together their bodies torn to shreds An invading force using military might Destroying families in the darkness of night

V.I.P. F.U. 00:36
I’m not your fucking messenger boy I am not in your employ I’m not here to take your shit Just fuck off you make me sick I am not worth less than you You can’t tell me what to do Always a pounding in my head Stress levels will see me dead Heart is pumping in my chest These conditions need to be addressed. I am not worth less than you You can’t tell me what to do What makes you a VIP? You’re not more important than me? Why should you jump the queue? Others just as deserving a you.

Car Crash TV 00:38
Can't face any more Of the visual assault Brain turned to mush And it's your fucking fault Twisted and broken, unable to flee Cut from the wreckage of car crash TV Wave upon wave of soporific crap Endless inertia Enmeshed in your trap Twisted and broken, unable to flee Cut from the wreckage of car crash TV Vacuous celebrity Sickening plots Welded to the couch While my mind slowly rots
9.
‘Protests are ruined by violent scum” So say the right wing media scrum We see the lies as they try to misinform The terrorists have shields and uniforms We won’t be silenced, we’ll continue to fight Nothing gets changed by being polite Attacking those who dare to protest Knocked unconscious is cause for arrest Smashing those who stand for what’s right We won’t be bowed we’ll continue to fight
10.
All of you people have kept me alive When none of their promises ever arrive When they give us less than we need to survive All of you people keep me alive They say there’s strength in numbers Our numbers never end An international brotherhood And sisterhood of friends You play a part in keeping me sane Each time my life starts to slide out of frame Each time I fall I’ll be picked up again You play a large part in keeping me sane
11.
It’s not my fault your life is broken my friend The years we spent together, I will never forget The punk, the people and the love were very special times But now the time has passed, and look at where you are New roads and directions, now we are not the same   Life is hard, all you do is fight But I’m not going to leave You feel alone but I won’t go All that I can give you is … Abrazos   That is all that I can give   Trackmarks from your fucking drugs, time to give them up You have let go of your dreams, but the fight still carries on But I’m not going to leave you, I know you’ll change again I only hope that you awake from your personal nightmare   Life is hard, all you do is fight But I’m not going to leave You feel alone but I won’t go All that I can give you is … Abrazos   That is all that I can give

WE PRETEND TO WORK BECAUSE THEY PRETEND TO PAY US We pretend to work because they pretend to pay us   Pick your enemy And stand aside as their empire shatters Save your energy And put it into something that really matters   We pretend to work because they pretend to pay us   Your wage slavery Benefits them but isolates you Squandering it lazily Instead of doing something that you want to do   We pretend to work because they pretend to pay us   Just bare minimum Is all it takes to shove a spanner in the works When we’re rid of them We can build a world of our own! WARMONGER Not making us safer You’re making things worse You’re endless need for war Has become our curse Warmonger Bombing from the skies A simple act of terror Killing to achieve your aims A bloody act of murder
13.
Overcrowded market place Animals stuffed in cages Breading ground for virus Your thirst for meat still rages Cruelty is killing us all Greed is killing us all The rich are taking more They lie and lie and lie Our society is broken And we’re all gonna die.
14.
A sickly Sweet consumer smile Hides the bitter taste Unionised workers terrorised Human rights erased Boycott Coca-cola Coke costs life Third world manufacture keeps slavery unseen While sugar coated pop stars Sell the first world dream
15.
We’re turning their wheels They don’t care if we’re stressed With no time to think We’re left depressed They need us too scared to stand up and strike They need us compliant not looking for rights There’s more of us, we need to rise up There’s more of us, we need to stand up If we get together a worker lead movement We don’t need statistics Or their management They need us too scared to stand up and strike They need us compliant not looking for rights There’s more of us, we need to rise up There’s more of us, we need to stand up We need to stand up and fight

Lie Upon Lie 00:54
No pretence in you defence Slogans do not make it true Soundbites for a desperate age Lies back everything you do Strong and Stable – Safe and Able Strong and Stable – Safe and Able – Lie upon lie People's lives are not a toy You’re just talking out your arse Out of reach, untouchable Lying to secure this farce Strong and Stable – Safe and Able Strong and Stable – Safe and Able – Lie upon lie
17.
I felt trapped when I left the house Home was refuge, I felt free Work feels like a prison cage That’s now at home for me Trapped, Still feel trapped Black clouds gather in my head Outside is where I want to be Not staring at this screen Fighting with anxiety

You walked into fascism’s open arms Put a cross in their box, cheered when they won They promised you that you’d come to no harm Promised you’d see the outsiders gone We’ve forgotten the past - it’s happened again We ignored the warnings - it’s happened again The fascist leaders wear ties and suits They’re leading us all into subjugation The police are their violent from line troops Stamping out your right of demonstration We’ve forgotten the past - it’s happened again We ignored the warnings - it’s happened again Now jackboots stamp down on your head You helped create this nightmare situation Turns out it’s also you that they want gone You don’t fit into their new right nation

Halfcore 01:09
Closing off our world
With macho white male shit Adversity to diversity
In a vicious circle pit Half a scene -We’ve got half a scene Half a scene - We’ve got half a scene Its time we realised
We can’t do this alone An ocean of white faces Mixed with testosterone Half a scene -We’ve got half a scene Half a scene - We’ve got half a scene Punk should be inclusive
 And practice what we preach
It only makes us weaker
When half our scene is out of reach

Loose Change 01:37
Every single pound that’s dropped in a collection tin Plugs another gaping hole that the state’s let fray The fact that we need charity is a fucking disgrace The failing of a system in perpetual decay Helping themselves Before everyone else Every little sticker that is bought and worn with pride Only goes to highlight that they just don’t fucking care Each one should be a working function that the state provides But there is nothing in the pot after they all take their share Helping themselves Before everyone else State corruption – Steals from charity Expenses scams – Steal from charity Trident missiles– Steal from charity Nepotism – Steals from charity

What you have in your hands (or on your device if you downloaded it) was recorded by the inimitable Dave Sloan (Bitterman) at the Fishtank in Portsmouth. We arrived at 2pm, started slowly setting up, micing up the gear and by 10pm all the music and the vocals had been done. We recorded the music live then overdubbed the vocals. This might sound easy, but because we are so used to the singing we managed to fuck up some of the songs with as many as 4 takes required. No second guitar. We wanted something raw and immediate. And we feel that is what we've got. We think we did pretty good to record an album in 8 hours.
